Our Client is a well-known and established Financial Advisory firm who have offered Independent Financial Advice for more than 40 years. The company provide holistic, tailored Financial Advice to both individual and corporate clients across the United Kingdom. They are looking to recruit an Operational Improvement Assistant Administrator to join their team in Exchange Quay, Manchester. The Operational Improvement Assistant Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Operational Improvement Team with aspects of quality control, Internal Errors and Continuous Improvement requirements. You will need to be an excellent team member with a flexible, proactive approach to work.
 
THE ROLE
This role will appeal to those who are looking to start their careers in financial services as full training and support is provided. You will work closely alongside the team of administrators to provide administrative support. This will involve chasing for updates and recording information on internal systems.  You will ensure that all work is accurate, produced within agreed timelines and in line with internal and external business quality standards.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the Operational Improvement Team with administrative tasks
  • Chasing Information to support with the investigation of Internal errors. 
  • Distributing communication to clients. 
  • Recording and updating the back-office system
  • To process incoming queries received from administrators and advisers
 
ABOUT YOU
  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity and it would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Have experience working within agreed SLA’s, working in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
  • Have previous experience using Intelligent Office, Virtual Cabinet and Servicer desk would be beneficial, but not essential.
