Senior IFA Administrator, Nottingham (JR-1504)

£22000 - £26000 plus excellent benefits

This established Advisory firm seek an IFA Administrator in Nottinghamshire to provide advanced business support for two Financial Planners.

 
Responsibilities
  • To be proactive and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new business
  • A high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administration
  • To compile basic suitability reports from structured templates. E.g. fund switches, OEIC to ISA, and client review letters
  • Preparing research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings
  • Being responsible for following process and procedures
  • To act as a liaison point for clients and providers
  • To maintain and update client information, within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
Your Skills 
  • Keen to develop your industry knowledge - the company will offer a supportive environment for continual learning
  • Competent IT user, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Working knowledge of XPLAN Software and AWS Morningstar would be an advantage
  • Have at least 4 years plus relevant experience, within a senior administrational role in Financial Services
  • Experience within report writing
