We are representing a Chartered Financial Planning business near High Wycombe, who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team. The role would be highly suitable for someone who has a minimum of 5 years paraplanning experience with the level 4 diploma or chartered.
Responsibilities:
• Close dialogue with advisers to debrief on client meetings
• Obtain and interpret data which has been collected from client meetings
• Providing solutions to meet client needs and objectives through data analysis and research
• Providing records to support research undertaken
• Understanding and delivering on all client needs and objectives through suitability letters, client specific illustration and key features documentation which outline recommendations and a course of action
• Ensuring consistency to ensure all work is compliant with company regulations
• Preparation of existing client files ready for reviews
• Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
• Administrative duties throughout the business
Required Experience:
• Providing high quality technical support to a company’s financial advisers.
• Conducting fund and product research.
• Writing bespoke and fully compliant suitability reports.
• Preparing client portfolio review analysis.
• File and Letter review work.
• Client relationship management.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Liaising with team members to ensure that clients work is kept up to date.
About You:
• Financial Services Level 4 Diploma (minimum) or Chartered (preferable).
• Strong knowledge of holistic financial planning options for both private and corporate clients.
• Strong Communication skills with high energy, enthusiasm and drive
• Highly motivated team player who can work under pressure and deadlines
• 5 years’ experience within a paraplanning role.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of analytical tools and numerical aptitude.
• Good command of literacy and numeracy.
