Corporate Adviser, Newcastle (TB-924)

£40000 - £45000 plus benefits and bonuses
Our client is a well-established and well-regarded organisation who possess a solid reputation for providing clients with trusted long-term advice. At present, the firm are seeking a level 4 qualified corporate adviser to join their Newcastle office. In addition to the salary, clients and company benefits, you will also be provided with administration support, research and marketing assistance, professional development and on-going training. 


  • Provide the highest level of financial advisory services to prospective and existing Corporate clients of the business
  • To always act in a compliant manner and adhere to the principles of the FCA
  • To effectively service the needs of the clients and ensure that they are constantly managed and satisfied. In addition, you will also develop further client opportunities to grow your network
  • Develop a plan and work towards achieving individual and team-based business targets as agreed with your manager
  • Contact all leads supplied in an agreed timescale with line management and to provide feedback on all leads via agreed business processes
  • Operate always in accordance with company and regulatory requirements and within the levels of authority defined by line management
  • Maintain and ensure client files are kept up to date to ensure the audit trail of advice, service and transactions is maintained in full accordance with the Good Business Standards
  • Continuously develop and maintain an up to date and in-depth knowledge of market and legislative conditions to enable the highest standards of advice to be given and increase technical knowledge in specialist areas


  • Financial Services Level 4 qualified + CAS (preferable but not essential)
  • Proven experience and capability to deliver into the corporate and private wealth market
  • Ability to effectively manage Key Accounts
  • Effective relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organisation and project management skills
  • Strong ability to positively react to a constantly changing environment

Technical Knowledge: 

You will need to demonstrate technical knowledge/expertise in the following areas: Auto Enrolment, DB schemes, DC arrangements, Group SIPP, Group Risk (DIS/GPHI/PMI), Legacy pension schemes, Platform development, Market and Legislative conditions, Principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
