£24000 - £27000 + Benefits

Role: Pension Database Administrator

Location: Leicester

Package: Up to £27,000 Salary + Benefits  

Our client, an exciting new financial services technology platform, are looking for a knowledgeable, organised, driven, adaptable, and responsible individual to join the team; The firm are eager for the successful individual to help the company grow and be part of a team that brings pensions into the modern world.  


The role duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to and solving customer queries via email or phone.
  • Responding to and solving external company queries via email and telephone.
  • Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLA’s.
  • Manage and work on the company’s database (CRM) to ensure that it is utilised to its full potential.
  • Support and update the firm’s CRM and pension finding feature.
  • Update client dashboards with all relevant information.
  • Supporting management on ad hoc projects and tasks.

About You

  • You will possess excellent attention to detail.
  • You will be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
  • You will have the ability to work effectively and efficiently either independently or as part of a team.
  • You must have excellent time management skills with an ability to always meet deadlines.
  • You will have top quality prioritisation and organisation skills.
  • You will have an ability to handle confidential information.
  • You must have experience within pensions or in a financial services setting.
  • You will be able to assist in the management of day-to-day office requirements.
