Role: Paraplanner
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £45k Basic salary + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Review fact finds, file notes and client risk profile questionnaires as provided by the financial advisers.
- Undertake quotes using relevant in-house platforms or request quotes from external providers.
- Complete fund research, product comparison and analysis work.
- Compile suitability reports detailing the recommended advice to suit each client’s needs.
- Discuss client reports with the financial adviser, amending as and where necessary.
- Instruct the administrator to proceed with client pack preparation.
- Pre-populate client application forms ready for the adviser to discuss with the client.
- Record, monitor and report on client application progress.
- Report obstacles and deviations from any agreed timescales so that client expectations are appropriately managed.
- Assist with administrative duties when required to do so.
About You
- You will possess the level 4 diploma in financial advice. Working towards or achieved chartered / level 6 status is desired but not essential.
- You will have a strong knowledge of holistic financial planning options for both private and corporate clients.
- You must have strong communication skills with high energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
- You will be a highly motivated team player who can work well under pressure.
- You will have 2 years’ experience within a paraplanning role.
- You will hold strong computer skills with a good knowledge of analytical tools and numerical aptitude.
- You will have a good command of literacy and numeracy.
