Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their administration team. You will be a friendly and approachable person who can take the initiative by being pro-active in the workplace. As a key member of this financial planning businesses’ support team, you will build relationships with colleagues, advisers and external private clients alike.
The Role
  • Provide general administration for the company's financial advisers and support other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Type up suitability letters, answer telephone calls and relay messages where appropriate.
  • Handle all types of day-to-day queries and requests. 
  • Request quotations on-line from various product providers.
  • Process new business and administer/provide generic information to clients accounts.  
  • Correspond with clients and insurers both on the telephone and by general correspondence.
  • Update and manage the internal client database.
  • Conduct further general office duties such as, filing, faxing and scanning.
About You
  • You will be a well organised and analytical administrator with a proven track record. 
  • You will have a good level of competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) together with strong online research skills to undertake various projects.
  • You will have previous experience of working as sales support within a financial services or wealth management based firm.
