£35000 - £45000 + benefits

Key Duties

  • Work with and develop professional Introducers
  • Work closely with your support team of Paraplanners and Administrators
  • Provide a top level of financial advice to HNW clients on Protection; Investments including Direct/ISA/Onshore Bond/Offshore Bond/Structured Product/VCTs/EIS; and Pensions including PPs/Drawdown/Annuity/ SIPP/SSAS; IHT, Trust Planning and Corporate advice
  • Corporate advice on all Group Risk; Group Pension; Auto Enrolment and Protection matters.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years working with HNW clients in an IFA environment
  • An outstanding communicator, with interpersonal and listening
  • The ability to clarify complex information simply and clearly
  • A good, confident networker who can find, manage and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical with acute research skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good team player with excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Target driven, self-motivated and well organised
  • Decision making skills
  • Top levels of integrity who understands the importance of client confidentiality
  • An ethical mindset with a professional manner


  • CAS
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma, preferably working towards Chartered
  • Driving Licence
  • Clean CRB
