Employee Benefits Administrator, Cambridge (JR-665)

£20000 - £35000 plus benefits

Our client is a Chartered Financial Planning business looking for an experienced Employee Benefits professional to join its support team.

You’ll be ambitious and self-motivated with an excellent team work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be a key team player, assisting the Employee Benefit Consultants with marketing preparation, presentation and reports
  • Where required support the EB Consultants in face to face client meetings
  • Work closely with other teams and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate data, updating client records and ensuring CRM is kept up to date
  • Setting up of flexible benefit schemes
  • Preparation of client documentation
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and maintaining good relationships
  • Processing renewals and liaising with product providers for all aspects of Employee Benefits including pension, healthcare group risk and voluntary benefits
  • Ensuring benefits are managed accurately and clients kept up to date
  • Ongoing programme of training and competence

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2 years industry knowledge
  • A good knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, including tax, pensions and insurances
  • Certificate in Financial Planning
  • Desire to learn and improve knowledge of the industry
