Our client specialises in finding the right, affordable mortgages and protection plans for thousands of people across the UK every year. They have access to a whole of market protection panel solution, ensuring that they have access to both high quality and cost-effective client solutions. There is an in-house mortgage desk as well as a business development manager for support on complex cases.

The business is looking to recruit hard-working and motivated advisers that can both service the existing leads and develop their business through referrals and additional business development. 

The opportunity:

  • Fully Independent offering (with broker support desk). Offer Independent mortgage loans and protection plans with access to both quality and cost-effective client solutions.
  • Holistic mortgage and protection solution. The proposition covers the loan, the protection needs, conveyancing, B&C insurance, Wills and LPAs if required.
  • Leads generated for you; limited opportunities where the company will supply a guaranteed number of high-quality leads to the right advisers.
  • Multiple earnings opportunities - Mortgage loans, full protection suite, buildings and contents (refer or advise), conveyancing (refer), Wills and LPA (refer), Savings, Investments and Pensions refer.
  • Help with generating a personalised business plan. You will have access to a library of approved marketing literature, including fliers, leaflets, adverts and other company material
  • Support tailored to adviser needs - high quality ongoing training through formal courses, remote learning, and local team events.
  • Remote education via Competent Adviser system; videos, user guides and other learning material available online 24/7
  • Modern and fully integrated IT system; high quality support system from fact find, through loan and protection sourcing to suitability and payment, successfully saving time and reducing the re-keying of information.
  • Flexibility: work the days and hours to suit with unlimited earnings potential.
  • Due diligence support to assist with recommendations where required; in house research identifying the high-quality products available to support advisers in making recommendations.
  • Local team meetings to share ideas and best practice with colleagues.

About you:

  • CeMap or equivalent qualified
  • Currently or prepared to be self-employed, with a transferable client bank.
  • Clean financial, regulatory and disciplinary history
  • Provable history of success in mortgage and of protection advice/sales
  • Access to a home office/remote working and a Full UK Driving licence.
  • Positive attitude with high standards of professionalism and customer care
