£30,000/£40,000 p.a. + bonus + £300 a mth car allowance 

This growing business has an exciting opportunity for either a Trainee Adviser or a newly qualified Adviser to join the team!  The company provide individuals and businesses with advice that helps them to meet their financial objectives. Established for 20 years, this directly authorised IFA are well positioned for further expansion and welcome applicants that really want to make a success as an adviser, through outstanding customer service, hard work and professionalism.

• With a strong business model you will assist the more experienced advisers, attending client meetings both in and out of the office - this could be a potential new client and a 1st factfinding meeting or an established client at an annual review meeting. where you are also looking for business development opportunities.
• A varied and busy role with great leads and referrals coming in for you to develop
• Prospecting and networking with professional introducers to develop new clients also a requirement
• A strong team culture with great "mentoring" to help you develop into a well rounded adviser.
• Full paraplanning and administrative support provided

About You

• Qualified with Level 4 Diploma 
• Outstanding customer relationship skills
• Comfortable dealing with people
• Professional and strong desire to develop career as an Adviser - could be newly qualified looking for a role in advice
• Previous experience as a paraplanner or IFA Administration, keen to progress into a client facing position
