Employee Benefits Coordinator
Are you looking for a new opportunity within Employee Benefits? We have an excellent opportunity to join this industry-leading company who are looking for a co-ordinator to join its Group Risk support team.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills, dealing with both colleagues and clients alike. You will also be able to work under pressure and timeframes, have excellent attention to detail and be super organised!
You will need to have experience in the employee benefits industry, it would be advantageous if you had experience as a group risk or healthcare administration background.
This team is growing fast, and you will become an integral part by offering Group Risk support to a portfolio of clients
You will take on the responsibility of administering the client activity and supporting the consultant, assisting with the co-ordination of client work in line with internal processes and compliance requirements
Duties include processing of scheme renewals, rate reviews and other ad hoc queries. As well as supporting the advisers, you will support the client facing team with meeting and report preparation, attaining quotes, administering new business keeping the database up to date
