Life & Pensions Accounts Executive (JR-1458)

£22000 - £27000 plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join this growing business and be a crucial member of the Life and Pensions Team. 

This is a fast paced and busy department so proven organisational skills are essential, as is previous experience in an administrative role within a financial services environment. You will require a working knowledge of life and pension products.

Key knowledge, skills and experience required

  • 2 years’ experience in financial services administration and client servicing roles
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Knowledge of life and pension products
  • Knowledge of administration systems


  • Provide a quality administration service in relation to a wide range of pension and life assurance products offered by insurance companies and serviced by the Life and Pensions Team
  • Provide administration in relation to the above for new and existing clients with existing policies, establishment of new policies, transfers, rebroke and renewals
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Update and maintain records to meet the requirements of the firm, the FCA and The Pensions Regulator
  • Provide an in-house contact for the client to offer a high level of service
  • Maintain good relationships with third party plan providers
