Client Relationship Manager, Wimbledon (JR-1335)

We have an exciting new opportunity with a leading independent Chartered and Accredited Financial Planners who provide truly bespoke financial advice.

You will provide support to the Financial Planners and ensure smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication as per business processes.

  • Software: Selecta Pension, Morning Star, Defaqto, Act, Voyant, Assureweb, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience in the IFA industry preferable

 

Core Duties

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be:

  • Working closely with Directors and Financial Planners
  • Able to request and obtain all necessary information and undertake financial analysis to enable financial reports to be produced in a timely manner
  • Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
  • Obtain application forms and other associated paperwork
  • Pre-populate application form accurately
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded on the CRM and SharePoint folders
  • Ongoing servicing of clients as and when required
  • Process and monitoring complex business, both new and existing from start to finish
  • Invoice preparation
  • Process letters of authority, including chasing vital information for various suitability report types
  • Liaise with clients and Financial Planners
  • Navigate provider websites to produce illustrations and process new business
  • Receive and implement ad-hoc requests from both clients and Financial Planners
  • Operate and adhere to compliance and the firm’s standards
  • Undertake appropriate professional development and training
  • Report on key measures on a regular basis
  • Process fund buys and sales
  • Process withdrawals
  • Rebalancing and switching funds and fund models
  • Completion and reconciliation of the ‘New Business Register’
  • Preparing suitability reports, engagement letters, ad-hoc letters etc
