Employee Benefits Adviser, London (JR-1043)

£40000 - £50000 plus benefits


We’re delighted to partner with a leading, award winning Financial Services firm who have an opportunity for an Employee Benefits specialist to join the firm.

You will be responsible for educating and advising the clients’ individual employees according to the agreed proposition. You will provide a top level of advice to them on a one to one basis, in group presentations and deliver workplace pension seminars.


  • Advise employees who have been auto-enrolled into their employer’s pension schemes
  • Deliver education workshops and group pension presentations via PowerPoint
  • Discuss individual employees’ workplace pension schemes and employee benefits
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • Follow the firm’s process ensuring all service standards are met to a compliant outcome
  • Maintain client’s files in-line with company compliance standards
  • Complete the advice process post meetings
  • Service existing clients of workplace schemes
  • Building relationships through a first-class level of service and excellent communication skills
  • Where required participate in company training, competence and development initiatives


  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • 2 years + face to face experience delivering financial advice with a proven track record
  • Good level of knowledge across the spectrum of financial products, including workplace pensions, at retirement advice, automatic enrolment and salary sacrifice
  • The ability to complete fact finds, risk profiles etc.
  • A clear and confident presenter, with experience of delivering seminars on employee benefits to both small and large groups
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Skilled at building rapport and building relationships
  • Full UK driving license
