Client Services Professional, Horsham (CR-1431)

£22000 - £26000 Plus benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs most innovative Financial Services firms. This cloud based wrap platform offers wealth management and technology solutions to financial advisers.
 
In this client focused role, you will be responsible for providing professional helpful responses to internal and external customers, accurately and timely. 
You’ll need superb organisational and communication skills too; processing key back office tasks and working closely with all departments within the Group.
You’ll require at least 1 year experience working within the Financial Services industry.
 
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
 
  • First point of contact for Financial Advisors and consumers 
  • Understanding and confidently articulating multiple processes to clients both verbally and in writing, specific to Know Your Customer (KYC) & Due Diligence, Client MI Transactions, SLA reporting and Support & Issue Resolution.
  • Answer customer queries in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Ownership of queries from start through to a satisfactory resolution
  • Have a good, solid understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services market
  • Follow procedures and instructions in order to ensure excellent client outcomes
  • Source answers where necessary and think logically to find solutions
  • Review data to ensure accuracy
  • Deliver proactive feedback to other departments where required in order to ensure excellent client outcomes
  • Contribute and feedback in team meetings
 
Required Skills/Experience:
 
  • Excellent telephone manner with experience of dealing with challenging calls
  • 5 GCSE’s including Mathematics and English language
  • 2 A Levels or equivalent
  • Willingness and desire to learn
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Well organised and diligent
  • Ability to build client rapport quickly and easily
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
