Senior IFA Administrator / Paraplanner, Northampton (BW-1915)

£28000 - £34000 DoE plus benefits
We are delighted to be working with this Chartered firm of financial planners who following an internal promotion now have an opportunity for a Senior IFA Administrator to join the business to support the team of advisers.
 
Role Overview
The role will be to provide comprehensive support to at least one of their senior advisers which could include the following tasks; 
  • Preparing Client Portfolio reviews
  • Fund/Plan Performance analysis
  • Trades/Switches (processing through to sign off)
  • Sourcing/generating provider Illustrations
  • Income Modelling/Cashflow Planning
  • Gathering tax information/ Tax calculations
  • Pension calculations
  • New Business (processing through to sign off)
  • Drafting meeting summary communications for adviser
  • Drafting Suitability Letters
  • Provider communication (verbal & written)
  • Client communication (F2F,verbal & written)
  • Updating client database (Intelliflo)
  • Providing any other assistance the financial adviser may require in line with company procedures.
About You
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for an IFA (Financial Planning) business
  • Level 4 CII (or equivalent) qualification
  • Experience in a similar role

*average 7.5 hours a day which can be worked flexibly between 8am & 6pm, Monday to Friday.  Standard office hours are 8.45am to 5.15 pm. There is an option after the first 12 months of employment, once deemed competent to work from home day a week.
