We are delighted to be working with an award winning Chartered Financial Planning firm based in East England. As a result of continued growth, they now have an entry level role for a keen bright, motivated individual to join the office team.

Full training is provided within their internal training academy so that you can develop a long term career with them within their Employee Benefits division.
 
They will fully support you to undertake relevant exams via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) such as GR1. The role would suit a 6th form school leaver, University Graduate or someone with 12 months office experience looking to build a career within the Financial Services industry.
 
The role will be wide and varied to include:
  • learning about the types of arrangement that small to medium sized employers offer to retain and motivate their existing staff and attract new employees to join them
  • undertaking the administration of those schemes to include entering details of leavers and joiners to work place pension schemes, cash plans, group health and protection plans
  • assisting the client support team to strengthen and develop client relationships
  • liaising with employers and product providers via phone and email
  • basic duties such as opening the post, filing, scanning, answering the phone, greeting clients and guests.

NB: Initially this role will be fully office based to enable appropriate training and development to take place but once established there would be an option to work up to 2 days a week from home.
