IFA Administrator

£26000 - £32000 plus benefits


This well-established specialist firm of Chartered Independent Financial Advisers is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator in Warwickshire to provide advanced business support. An opportunity to join an office team of 7 staff supporting 11 advisers. This role is working very closely with the MD. The business provides holistic financial planning services including final salary transfers.


  • To be proactive and able to multi-task
  • A high level of organisational skills required around general financial services administration to include New Business Processing on a range of Platforms particularly Standard Life/Transact/OMW/AJ Bell/Novia
  • Prepare client illustrations
  • Transact fund switches and portfolio rebalances
  • To maintain and update client information on CRM System, so experience with Intelligent Office, essential
  • Processing of DB transfers, liaising with companies and providers
  • Continue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Your Skills

  • Good working knowledge of I/O
  • Experience with a range of platforms
  • Experience with DB transfers, desirable
  • Competent IT user, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook

  • £26k to £32k p.a. dependent upon financial services experience and knowledge
