This role would suit a Paraplanner that has a couple of years’ experience and looking for a new opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
Research and technical work to support Financial Planners and Administrators
Compilation of client reports for Investments, Pensions, SIPP/SSAS & Trusts
Adhering to company compliance guidelines
Provide a secondary point of contact for clients
Fully utilise Intelligent Office system and update all client information as necessary
Liaise with Product Providers where appropriate
Development and maintenance of standard reports and letters
Covering for colleagues when necessary (holiday/sickness cover or excessive workload)
Attend weekly Work in Progress meetings to prioritise workloads and process business
About You:
You will be a competent paraplanner with the following:
Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS)
2 years’ experience
Committed to client care
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
A decent understanding of Investment, Pensions and IHT planning
Working knowledge of Intelligent Office, Cashflow modelling Software such as Voyant and Cashcalc
Experience of using research tools such as FE Analytics, & Selectapension
Excellent IT office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, e-mail and internet
