Client Liaison Officer, Bristol (BW-1004)

£21000 - £25000 plus benefits and bonuses

Our client is a well-established Wealth Management business that offer strategic and holistic financial planning advice focusing on clients individual needs, aims and objectives, taking into consideration each  lifestyle, financial goals and aspirations.

Based in the Clifton area of Bristol. The company have specialists available in all the mainstream areas of financial planning and can call in experts in tax, property and legal services where required. They offer tailored solutions that suit individual personal circumstances, covering all areas from insurance, investments and all types of pensions.

You will:

  • Join a dynamic and expanding Business Development & Marketing Team
  • Manage multiple campaigns to achieve set appointment targets, record all details on company CRM systems and report on outcomes
  • Liaise daily with clients, advisers and internal and external partners
  • Maintain and develop existing business partnerships as well as proactively identify and build new business partnerships

Job Specification:

  • Qualify and secure quality client appointments (predominantly via phone calls with clients) from an existing Client Bank, internal or external campaigns.
  • Manage, prioritise and co-ordinate own workload in a timely fashion with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Act as a point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
  • Collaborate with existing clients to identify and implement value added services
  • Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems
  • Prepare and distribute detailed monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to your manager management team
  • Provide feedback to management on areas of improvements and recommend implementation of enhanced processes
  • Support Company Events and other marketing activities

Essential Person Specification:

  • You’re an outstanding communicator and have ability to communicate effectively both via phone calls and in person
  • You have minimum 3 years of previous client nurturing/ client communications experience, or tele sales/telemarketing experience
  • You have excellent attention to detail, and your organisational skills are second to none
  • Results driven, dynamic, enterprising and flexible with a 'can do' attitude and a positive approach to work
  • Strong IT skills using Outlook, Word, Excel, Sales Force
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal
  • Accurate, with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work well within a busy team environment
  • The ability to work on own initiative and continue to develop skills and knowledge

Desirable Characteristics:

  • Marketing and media experience/digital and social media marketing
  • Experience of supporting or managing internal business processes.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of financial services products available within the advice setting
  • Previous experience of working with Sales Force
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with corporate clients, or equivalent experience
