Clever is an independently owned business, based in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, that was created in early 2015. We want to add new members to the team who share our values and company ethos.
At Clever we are looking for sales focused recruitment professionals who are looking to change their lifestyle, by moving away from the corporate environment to a role where you can get that work / life balance back on track.
Are you a people person with good contacts within a specific sector? Would you like the autonomy to run your own diary with the potential of earning £5k + per month?
If you are in Recruitment or sales and disillusioned by long hours, improbable targets, massive KPIs and an unsustainable work/life balance, this could be for you.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client and candidate management, building relationships, arranging interviews and handling offers of employment.
About You
- A positive mindset!
- Excellent time management
- Confident in making business development calls and building relationships
- IT literate, experience of email marketing would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Need access to a laptop, internet and mobile phone
- Experience within recruitment is useful, not essential
- Being self-employed, a tenacious attitude with an entrepreneurial mind-set
