A recent study featured on Adzuna, analysed over 1 million open roles which highlighted some of the more unique perks being offered. Employers don’t need to spend big on team bonding trips to lure talents, they are now using more cost-effective benefits to reflect their companies and employee’s values.

Britain’s employers are definitely using their imagination to stand out in job adverts to attract top talent, without blowing the expenses budget.
